Guided organised walks keswick lake district bets views
Organised walks in the Keswick area

Guided walks from Stuart Hodgson (aka The Hiking Photographer)

Often a lot of people see my photos from some of the Lake District's best view points, and wish they could see these views for themselves - but as they are not too familiar with the area or indeed not very confident about hiking the lakeland fells - then I am offering guided walks to help people see the Lake District's amazing beauty first hand.

Through my guided organised walks - I hope to help people get into walking and discover the best views. On these walks I will take care of the walking route, leaving you free to soak up the scenery, enjoy the finest views and meet some like minded walkers!

This walk from Keswick, a popular Lake District Town, is perfect for beginners and those unfamiliar with the area or who don't have much time and want to see some amazing sights. It will enable you to see some stunning views of Derwent Water and some of the best views the English Lake District has to offer.

Distance: 6 miles
Time: 3.5-4hours
Difficulty: Easy to moderate.
Starting Point: Lakeside Car Park - Keswick

I've walked these areas many times and I know the best, most scenic routes to take to let you see some of the best views in this area. This particular walk starts from the Lakeside Car Park near Keswick and is around 6 miles - that will take us around 3.5-4 hours including plenty of time to stop, eat some snacks and take some stunning photos.
