Bluefin Cruise Paddle Board - An impressive SUP

Looking for a high-quality paddle board that is perfect for cruising the waters? Read on to learn exactly what I think!

This exceptional paddle board offers a range of impressive features that make it stand out from the competition. Bluefin Cruise is a line of inflatable paddle boards that come in different sizes and models to suit different needs and preferences.

After much deliberation and research over different Paddle Board brands and types, I spent my hard earned cash on the Bluefin Cruise 10’8”, which is the most popular model in the Bluefin Cruise line. It's a versatile board that's suitable for all levels of riders and can be used for a wide range of activities, including touring, surfing, and yoga.

I live on the coast of England and I've found the Bluefin Cruise to be very stable in the sea

Bluefin Cruise Paddle Board Review:

One of the most impressive things about the Bluefin Cruise Paddle Board is its stability. Thanks to its robust construction and innovative design, this board offers excellent stability in all conditions. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler, you'll love how confident you feel on the water with this board.

Another great feature of the BlueFin Cruise Paddle Board is its durability. Constructed from high-quality materials, this board is built to withstand even the toughest conditions. Whether you're paddling through rough waves or exploring rocky shorelines, you can count on this board to hold up over time.

Of course, no review of the BlueFin Cruise Paddle Board would be complete without mentioning its impressive performance. Whether you're cruising along the coast or racing through choppy waters, this board offers exceptional speed and maneuverability. You'll love how smoothly it glides through the water, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your paddle.

Inflating the Bluefin Cruise paddle board

Most Paddle boards sold these days are inflatable which makes them all the more easy to transport to your desire location! The BlueFin Cruise paddle board is designed to be easy to inflate. It comes with a high-pressure pump and a pressure gauge to ensure that you can inflate it to the correct pressure without over-inflating it. The inflation process typically takes around 10-15 minutes and involves the following steps:

  1. Unpack the paddle board and lay it out on a flat surface.
  2. Locate the inflation valve on the board and remove the valve cover.
  3. Attach the hose from the pump to the valve.
  4. Begin pumping the board up using the pump. As you pump, the pressure gauge will show you how much pressure you've inflated the board to.
  5. Continue pumping until the board reaches the recommended pressure level. The BlueFin Cruise paddle board should be inflated to between 12-15 PSI (depending on the rider's weight), which is indicated on the board itself.
  6. Once the board is fully inflated, remove the pump and replace the valve cover.

Overall, the BlueFin Cruise paddle board is designed to be user-friendly, and with the included pump and pressure gauge, inflating it should be a relatively easy process for most people.

Pros and cons of the Bluefin Cruise paddle board:

Pros:

  • Versatile: The Bluefin Cruise paddle board is suitable for a wide range of activities, including touring, surfing, and yoga.
  • Inflatable: The inflatable design makes it easy to store and transport the board.
  • Durable: The board is made from high-quality materials that are designed to withstand the wear and tear of regular use.
  • Stable: The wide design and shape of the board provide excellent stability and make it easy for riders of all skill levels to balance on the water.
  • Accessories: The Bluefin Cruise paddle board comes with a range of accessories, including a high-pressure pump, paddle, leash, and backpack, making it an all-in-one package for beginners.
  • Premium Options: The Bluefin Cruise Carbon models offer a premium experience with lighter weight and increased performance.

Cons:

  • Cost: The Bluefin Cruise paddle board can be relatively expensive compared to other inflatable paddle boards on the market. Personally I like to purchase quality that will stand the test of time. You can go for a cheaper board - but a lot aren’t as stable or durable as the Bluefin and you could well be soon upgrading.
  • Setup: Inflating the board and setting it up can take some time, especially for beginners who are not used to the process. However, this isn’t unique to Bluefin as all inflatable paddle boards need inflating. See it as a warm-up/arm work out before hitting the water!

Overall, if you're looking for a top-quality paddle board that offers exceptional performance, durability, and stability, the BlueFin Cruise Paddle Board is an excellent choice. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or just starting, this board is sure to impress.
